Data quality in survey research faces significant challenges. On April 27, 2023, our webinar on this topic was held on Marktforschung.de to discuss both the current challenges and the opportunities and future perspectives. The webinar was opened by Hartmut Scheffler, who shared his decades of experience on this topic. Afterwards, I also presented some exciting insights that have accumulated with ReDem® over the past years. With our data quality platform, for example, we have been able to determine the average percentage of distant participants per study as well as observe local differences in data quality.
