Certificate levels of the quality seal

There are different certificate levels of the ReDem® quality seal, depending on the type of survey, its size and the complexity of the questionnaire. In order to receive the ReDem® quality seal, the survey data for each certificate level must be subjected to a minimum level of quality control.

Standard

For simple and medium-sized surveys.

Standard Plus

For simple and medium-sized surveys that also include matrix questions.

Quality checks

  • min. 1 matrix question

Extended

For surveys with extensive and complex questionnaires.

  • min. 2 matrix questions
  • min. 1 projective control question

The quality seal in the quality report

If a ReDem® quality seal is issued, it can also be found in the quality report. This report provides a comprehensive overview of the data quality and the quality controls performed. This ensures full transparency from data collection to quality control and data cleaning.

Where can I find the ReDem® quality seal?

The quality seal, with a link to the quality report, can usually be found directly inside the study report or in an extra sheet in the survey data.

How do I know if a quality seal is valid?

An individual ID is assigned to each seal. You can enter the ID here to check if it is valid.
