Challenge

Aybee, a platform for behavioral market research, faced the significant challenge of ensuring consistently high data quality. Data reliability was crucial, but the process required was both time-consuming and resource-intensive. Each study demanded at least one hour for data cleaning, followed by additional manual effort to re-recruit survey participants.

Solution

To overcome these challenges, Aybee chose to implement ReDem's data cleaning solution. By integrating ReDem through an API into Keyingress, the survey software used by Aybee, it became possible to automatically filter out low-quality data based on predefined thresholds from ReDem's quality checks. This process ensured that only qualified participants remained in the datasets and were included in the quotas.

Impact

Aybee was able to drastically reduce the time spent on data cleaning—from one hour per project to nearly zero! With plans to scale up to 20 projects per week in the coming year, this automation will save approximately 20 hours per week solely through automated data validation and cleaning!

This time saving does not even include the added benefit of more streamlined quota management. Participants who fail to meet the quality checks are not counted as completes, eliminating the need for manual re-recruitment. This ensures project timelines are met without delays.
